Common questions from sellers
How do fees work on Nylcos?
There are no listing fees - ever. You only pay when you make a sale: 4.5% + $2.00 commission, plus standard payment processing of 3% + $0.25.
How and when do I get paid?
Funds are released to your balance when the buyer verifies they have received their order in good condition, or automatically 3 - 5 days after the order is marked completed — whichever comes first. Once cleared, you can withdraw the available funds directly to your bank account.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. You can open your shop, pause it, or close it at any time you want.
What can't I sell on Nylcos?
We want Nylcos to be a safe and trusted marketplace for everyone. To maintain that standard, we ask all sellers (with no exeptions) to do their part in keeping the marketplace safe. Before listing, please take a moment to read through our full Sellers Policy to see the complete list of prohibited items.
I already sell on Etsy/eBay. Can I list the same products here?
Absolutely! We highly encourage cross-listing. Expanding your reach across multiple channels is one of the best ways to grow your brand and increase your sales. You are completely free to list your existing inventory here — we don't require exclusivity. We just recommend keeping a close eye on your stock levels across all your platforms to ensure you don't accidentally oversell an item.
Who handles shipping and fulfillment?
As a vendor, you are responsible for packing and shipping your own products to the buyers.
Will my personal or home address be visible to buyers?
Your privacy is a top priority. We know that many of our independent vendors run their businesses from home. Your specific street address and zip code are kept strictly secure on the backend and will never be displayed on your public storefront or to general marketplace visitors.
Who handles customer service, refunds, and disputes?
You are in control of your own shop, which means you handle your day-to-day customer communications. Buyers can message you directly with questions or return requests, and you manage your own refunds based on your shop's specific return policy. If a serious issue or dispute ever arises that you and the buyer cannot resolve together, the Nylcos administration team is always available to step in and mediate.
How difficult is it to set up and manage my shop?
It is incredibly straightforward. Once you are approved as a seller, you get access to a dedicated, user-friendly vendor dashboard. From this single hub, you can easily upload your products, track your inventory, view your earnings, and process your orders.
